Because the delegates pre-tour was cancelled due to lack of interest, the senators pre-tour is open to all members, but priority will still be given to senators.

We have 13 subscriptions until now. 20 places are available for non-senators.

Friday Oct 28
Check in at the ETAP HOTEL next to the Bruges railway station.
We stay at this hotel till Tuesday. All excursions start and arrive at 'Etap hotel'... so no packing and unpacking.

09:00 Visit of Bruges
12:30 Quick lunch in town (*)
14:00 Visit Bruges museum Flemish Primitive Painters - shopping
19:00 Dinner in town (*)

Sunday 30 oct
09:00 Departure by touring car to Sealand (Netherlands). Visit to some typical villages behind the dykes under sea-level. We drive on the flood barriers and bridges on the recamation land.
around 19:00 back in Bruges, dinner in town (*)

Monday 31 oct
09:00 Departure by touring car to French Flanders where we visit this war zone and the fortifications where battles were fought of the first and second World War. If weather permits, we shall see the white cliffs of Dover from the white cliffs of Sangatte.
18:00 Dinner in Ypres (*)
20:00 Last Post at Menin Gate in Ypres
around 22:00 back in Bruges

Tuesday nov 1
08:00 departure by touring car to Brussels in time for the opening ceremony. On the way, we visit some nice sites (Tournai, Hornu, Mons) and also some boat lifts of which one is the highest in the world (240 ft).
